Total snow and sleet accumulations up to one inch and ice accumulations between one tenth and two tenths of an inch. Winds gusting as high as 35 mph. For the Winter Storm Watch, significant icing possible. Total ice accumulations around two tenths of an inch possible. * WHERE...Luce County. * WHEN...For the Winter Weather Advisory, from 11 AM this morning to 11 PM EDT this evening. For the Winter Storm Watch, from late Friday night through Saturday morning. * IMPACTS...Plan on slippery road conditions. The hazardous conditions will impact the Thursday evening and Friday morning commutes. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Accumulating sleet will be difficult to remove.

Cirrocumulus clouds form at high altitudes (usually around 5 km)
and have distinguishing characteristics displayed in a fine layer of
small cloud patches. These small cloud patches are sometimes referred to as
"cloudlets" in relation to the whole cloud formation.
Cirrocumulus clouds are formed from ice crystals and water droplets. Often, the
water droplets in the cloud freeze into ice crystals and the cloud becomes a
cirrostratus cloud. Because of this common occurrence, cirrocumulus cloud
formations generally pass rapidly.
