DESCRIPTION: At 455 PM MDT, a severe thunderstorm was located 8 miles southeast of Mount Dora, or 14 miles west of Clayton, moving southeast at 5 mph. HAZARD...Ping pong ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts. SOURCE...Radar indicated. IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees. Locations impacted include... Mainly rural areas of Central Union County.
INSTRUCTION: Seek shelter inside a well-built structure and stay away from windows. This storm is capable of producing damaging winds and large hail. Motorists can expect brief but sudden changes in visibility and ponding of water on roadways as storms move through the area.

Fog is technically a type of stratus cloud, which lies along the
ground and obscures visibility.
It is usually created when humidity in the air condenses into tiny water droplets.
Because of this, some places are more prone to foggy weather, such as regions
close to a body of water.
Fog is similar to mist; both are the appearance of water droplets suspended in
the air, but fog is the term applied to the condition when visibility is less than 1 km.
