Little Miami River at Spring Valley. * WHAT...Minor flooding is forecast. * WHERE...Little Miami River at Spring Valley. * WHEN...From early this morning to Sunday morning. * IMPACTS...At 11.0 feet, Flooding impacts short areas of Middletown and Waynesville Roads, in addition to Corwin Road and Corwin Park. Backwater flooding may impact Route 725 in Sugarcreek Township. * ADDITIONAL DETAILS... - At 3:00 AM EST Friday the stage was 9.9 feet. - Forecast...The river is expected to reach a crest of 11.2 feet early this afternoon. - Flood stage is 11.0 feet.

Fog is technically a type of stratus cloud, which lies along the
ground and obscures visibility.
It is usually created when humidity in the air condenses into tiny water droplets.
Because of this, some places are more prone to foggy weather, such as regions
close to a body of water.
Fog is similar to mist; both are the appearance of water droplets suspended in
the air, but fog is the term applied to the condition when visibility is less than 1 km.
